Draailier beginnend t/m halgevorderd – Michalina Malisz (Pl)
Speciaal voor de spelers die al een tijdje draailier spelen, maar nog niet aan de (half) gevorderden workshop toe zijn komt Michalina Malisz een interessante cursus geven. Ze schrijft ons:
During this course you will learn about developing good right and left hand coordination. We will focus on playing melodies, building up speed and flow. Additionally, we’ll take a look at the tremolo technique (fiddling back and forth with the crank) and work on coordination and accuracy necessary to perfect this skill. A lot of Celtic music will be involved! 🙂
Niveau-eisen
Deze cursus is speciaal voor begonners t/m halfgevorderden. Deelnemers hebben al ervarig met de draailier. Ze nemen bijvoorbeeld aan de zaterdagcursus voor beginnende spelers of voorbij beginnend t/m halfgevorderd. Ze volgden bijvoorbeeld al wat lessen of workshops. Of zij spelen minmaal een jaar. Het stemmen en speelklaar maken van een instrument vormt geen enkel probleem meer en het lukt ook om nieuwe melodieen aan te leren.
Ter vergelijking met onze zaterdagcursus: deze workshop is bedoeld voor ongeveer hetzelfde niveau als de begonners t/m halfgevorderde cursus die Kay momenteel lesgeeft, maar ook de vlottere spelers uit de groep van beginnende spelers zijn welkom.

Over Michalina Malisz
Michalina Malisz is a hurdy-gurdy player and vocalist in her band, LYRRE. She started her adventure with music at the age of 7. She completed 12 years of classical music education and after that she discovered the hurdy-gurdy and went on to perform for 6 years with the biggest folk metal act, Eluveitie.
Michalina’s main interests are metal, Celtic and film music – and incorporating the hurdy-gurdy in all of them, which results in her arrangements available on Youtube.
