The costs of this Course Day

• All workshops cost 78 euros (this incl 21% VAT).
• The cost of the beginners’ workshops includes preparation morning and an optional loan instrument. When borrowing an instrument, a deposit of 108 euros is charged. This sum will of course be returned to you on timely return of the instrument in undamaged condition.
• Although the Hurdy-Gurdy and Bagpipe Foundation is now subject to VAT, we remain a non-profit organisation that runs 100% on volunteers.

Conditions and cancellation

When you register, our terms and conditions of participation, cancellation policy and privacy policy apply. The key points in these are:

• Registering logically means paying for the course;
• Do you unfortunately have to cancel? Up to 4 weeks before the start of the course (for beginners: the date of the preparation morning), this can be done free of charge. If you cancel between 4 and 2 weeks prior to the course, you will be charged half; if less than 2 weeks prior to the course, the full course fee.

• I don’t see a form? –> This could be due to your cookie settings, this is a Google Forms form.
• I cannot proceed to the next page. –> Are all the required fields filled in?
• When I click ‘next’, I get to a blank page. –> One of those steps (I thought the 2nd step) has a bit fewer questions and is therefore a bit shorter. As a result, it is sometimes too short for small screens. If you click on ‘next’, it may appear that you then land on a blank screen. This is not blank but a screen with few questions. Solution: scroll up.
