Costs of this weekend
The costs of this weekend includes off course the stay at the location (4-6 person rooms for Saturday/Sunday) and breakfast, lunch, diner and coffee and tea during breaks. In the Netherlands, breakfast and lunch consists of bread, the diner is warm meal.
The costs of the workshops are as following:
• All workshops: 229 euro (219 euro if paid within 7 days, until the 1st of March)
• Guests (no workshop participation): 145 euro (135 euro if paid within 7 days, until the 1st of March)
• "Balfolk & Bed": just visiting concerts in the evening + place to sleep (incl breakfast): 55 eu per night
• Kids 0-2 years old : Free of charge (but please subscribe them too)
• Arrival on Friday: 18 euro
• Rental bed sheets: 16 euro
Cancellation
Annulation is possible, but refunds are only applicable under certain circumstances, see our annulation conditions.
